Online Facilities for Patients

Access Online services for appointments / ordering repeat prescriptions

If you wish to use the Online services you will need to contact the practice (in person) to gain login details.  We can issue you with a user name and password very quickly, but we do need to verify your details in person so that you, and only you, has access to your record.  We do advise you to bring with you some identification, driving licence, or passport or other ID which will help us verify you are the person registered with us.  We will print a copy of the details for you and if you wait for one hour, you can use the login details to access the online facilities.

We can now send login details and passwords via SMS or email please check with the receptionist when you request your details.

New patients who wish to register with the practice can choose the online option to Register with the Practice - complete the GMS1 form and we will deal with your registration.  Please note - completing the form online does not mean you are registered, we will need a current telephone number so we can confirm your registration when it has been processed by the practice.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with our patient needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
