Welcome to White House Farm Medical Centre
FAREWELL MESSAGE FROM Dr N P Bandaru
" It is with sadness that I say farewell to the staff and patients at White House Farm Medical Centre. The arrival of our second child has brought a lot of change to our family, and led to us needing more flexibility as my wife returns to work
As I had a few weeks of leave to fit in before my leaving date, I sadly wasn't able to inform all our patients myself, and say goodbye. Thank you for all your support, it has been a pleasure working here. I wish the community, and the practice all the very best going forward."
Named GP for all patients
At this practice all patients including children have a named accountable GP who is responsible for patients overall care. If you want to find details of your accountable GP or if you have a preference please contact reception and we will amend your details to accommodate your preferred choice. However you can still make an appointment to see any GP at the practice.
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
We aim to provide suitable access for all disabled persons visiting the practice. The majority of consulting rooms are on the ground floor. Two clinic rooms are located on the first floor. A lift is available for disabled persons and those less able to access the rooms via the stairs. Our reception staff will assist patients wishing to use the lift.
We welcome assistance dogs into the premises and will arrange a tour of the premises for patients with their guide/assistance dog to help in the event of attending for future appointments. Please ask at reception.
