We are now offering telephone appointments which can be booked either through online services or the NHS App.

If you are coming to the surgery for a face to face appointment, please attend on your own and wear a face mask. Adults who require physical or emotional support can have one carer or relative attend with them if not having someone present would cause distress or difficulty.

Children can be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian.

Please be aware for second vaccinations there needs to be an interval of 8 weeks before the second vaccine can be given.

We are now able to provide Covid vaccinations for our patients at the surgery.

Flu Vaccinations

We are booking for flu vaccinations at the surgery for children.

18 -50 with existing health problems. Please ring to see if you are eligible.

50-64 age group and 65 years and over . 

 We are actively looking to secure a new GP but at the moment we have a selection of regular locum Gp's working with us. We believe that continuity of care is important to patients so we are trying to keep the change of staff to a minimum but hope you can bear with us on this matter. 

Pharmacists

Mr Gowardhan Kotra - Pharmacist (m)

Gowardhan is our in-house pharmacist. He works at White House Farm on a Thursday and a Friday and part of his job is to process acute prescription requests, he also deals with medication letters that come into the practice from outside for example Hospital letters and medication changes.

From January this year he also runs a Minor Illness clinic on Thursday and Friday evenings as part of the Extended Access scheme at the surgery

District nurses are available by contacting SPA (Single Point of Access) on 01302 566999.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
