White House Farm Medical Centre

Practice Information

Dr Dahanayake

After many years at White House Farm, Dr Dahanayake has decided to retire from her post.

We wish to thank her for her hard work, dedication and commitment to the practice over the years. We are sure all patients will join us in wishing good luck and all the best to Dr Dahanayake for the future.

Dr Dahanayake's last day will be the 31st of March 2026. We have two new salaried GP's starting at the practice in March and April.

Travel Vaccinations

If you are planning to travel abroad and may require travel vaccinations, we ask that you contact the practice at least 10 weeks before your departure date.

This is important because some travel vaccines require:

  1. More than one dose.
  2. Time between doses.
  3. Time for your body to build immunity before travel.

By contacting us early, we can:

  1. Assess your travel destination and any health risks.
  2. Advise which vaccines or medications may be required.
  3. Arrange your vaccination appointment in good time before you travel.

Unfortunately we may not be able to accomodate last minute requests for travel vaccinations.

Please contact us as soon as you book your trip to arrange a travel health assessment.
