New Telephone System

We are aware and fully understand that many patients have been left frustrated when trying to contact the surgery by telephone, so we are now pleased to announce that our new system has finally been upgraded and installed and should be fully up and running! One of the features available is the ability to opt for a callback from the surgery without losing your place in the queue. This means that you must of course have your pnone with you at all times but do not physically have to be hanging on waiting to be connected. We are hoping that this will impove patient experience vastly.

We have a new method of contacting the practice for non-urgent queries such as repeat prescriptions, non-urgent medical queries/problems, fit notes and questions about a referral or test results.
